Our Restaurant Philosophy

Szechuan cuisine is a style of Chinese cuisine originating in the great province of Sichuan in southwestern China. Famed for its bold flavors, particularly the spiciness resulting from the liberal use of Sichuan peppercorn which also gives its numbing sensation, the cuisine is rather popular and well enjoyed all across China, and has made its way into the realm of international cuisine.

Szechuan cuisine is marked by its rich traditional flavors, which stems from a culture of hundreds of years and are in part shaped by the natural forces of climate. Authentic Szechuan cuisine offers a unique dining experience made up of adventurous and creative taste sensations.
